I am a single mother of three beautiful, smart and successful student athletes and 4 pets.I was born and raised in Turkey, lived in Denver,CO for 15 yrs and now here in Orange County,CA for 7 yrs. When I first started working out I was a college basketball player who was recovering from a serious knee surgery. As a certified trainer with over 25 years of experience in bodybuilding, personal training, and nutrition, and holding an MA in Sports Coaching and Exercise Science, I bring a unique blend of expertise across fitness,personal training, resistance training, performance training and nutrition.
Throughout my career, I have effectively guided numerous individuals at various health clubs towards their desired fitness objectives. Whether it involves transforming their physique, enhancing strength and endurance, or adopting a healthier lifestyle, I have empowered countless individuals to realize their fitness aspirations.
